I charge a lower rate for people that can not or do not wish to have face-to-face sessions. This can include telephone or online counselling

Walk and Talk Therapy

Price varies depending on your choice of venue and the distance travelled etc.

I can offer you therapy outside of the traditional indoor setting by combining exercise with counselling.

Standard Session

Our first session is offered at £25 because I want you to know me and for us to decide if I am best suited to meet your individual needs.
